Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Effective Date: 3/16/2025 At Hasan Consulting Group, we strive to provide a seamless and professional consultation experience. Please review our booking policy before scheduling your appointment. 1. Booking & Payment All appointments must be booked online through our website or via phone. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations Clients may reschedule their appointment with at least 24-hour notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable. No-shows will forfeit their appointment and payment. 3. Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or canceled without a refund. 4. No-Show Policy If you do not show up for your scheduled consultation, your payment will be forfeited. A new booking will be required to reschedule. 5. Emergency Cancellations In the event of an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess situations on a case-by-case basis and may allow one reschedule at our discretion. 6.
